Anurak Counsel provides three services in relation to pension matters in Thailand:

• Pension Review and Guidance — an initial review of your pension entitlements and written guidance on your options.
• Dispute and Appeal Support — preparation of documents, correspondence, and representation through a formal pension appeal.
• Ongoing Pension Advisory — continuing advisory support for more complex or evolving pension situations.

The scope of each service will be confirmed to you in writing before we begin work. We will not undertake work beyond the agreed scope without your express approval.

Our services are available to individuals. We do not currently act for corporate clients or pension fund administrators.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are fixed and disclosed in full before any work begins. The current fee schedule is:

• Pension Review and Guidance: ฿2,000
• Dispute and Appeal Support: ฿6,500
• Ongoing Pension Advisory: ฿9,900

Fees are payable by bank transfer or in person at our Bangkok office. Payment terms will be confirmed in your service agreement. We do not charge for initial written enquiries submitted through this website.

In the event that a matter proves more complex than initially anticipated and additional fees may be required, we will notify you promptly and seek your agreement before continuing.

5. Information vs. Legal Advice

The content published on this website — including articles, descriptions of services, frequently asked questions, and any other materials — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute formal legal advice, and it should not be relied upon as such.
